The presence of many feral cats around the patio created an uncomfortable atmosphere, raising concerns about cleanliness and safety. The cleaning service showed inconsistencies with bed sheets not being replaced, giving a sense of neglect in room maintenance. the laundry smell permeated the hotel corridors, detracting from the overall experience.
